hihi. ur librarian here.i have been delayin & delayin the dateline for all of you to give me ur original parts for the songs mr refat gave out the other time. however, SOME sections havent give me back those parts yet. the dateline is by tuesday. i will be checking the songs for any missing parts on monday. if you know that you havent give me ur parts yet, by tuesday BEFORE band, give it to me. for those that do not manage to do this, sectional librarians will be punished. if you have the part with you on tuesday, and havent photocopied yet, you will be made to go down and photocopy it immediately. until now, only the CLARINET, FLUTE and SAXOPHONE sections have given me the personal details of their members, including sec1s. the rest of the sections, please give it to me by tuesday also. these details are will be needed by the conductors, teachers, band & drum major, and also the secretary, which is me. these are the details. 1. Upcoming Band Camp (3/9 - 4/9)reporting time 8am outside the music room. pls rmb to have your breakfast before you come for band. Attire (compulsory for first day of the camp) Main band - band top & school bottom. Sec1s - PE shirt/uniform & school bottom. things for you to bring : - sufficient sets of clothes. (preferably school related shirts and pe shorts) - toiletries (shampoo, soap, tooth brush and paste, facial wash, towel etc.) - slippers - sleeping bag (optional) - jacket (if u're afraid of cold) Important!! Band. still rmb the $3 we collected from you people few months ago? Ya.. that $3 will be used for our band BBQ on 3/9.. however, according to the teachers, $3 is not enough for both the BBQ and breakfast.. SO, i will be collecting $2 more from all the main band members and $5 from the sec1s attending the band camp. Pass the money to mi on the first day of the camp. Notes for SL** YOU are to inform everyone in section attending the band camp that - they are to bring $2 more for the BBQ fee. (applies to main band members) - bring $5 for the BBQ fee. (applies to sec1s members) *Pass message or call them up to you.. If any of your members fail to bring the money, SL will have to pay for that person first. REMINDER (sec2s)** All sec2s having their Children Walk on sunday(4/9), you are still required to attend the band camp and stay overnight.. compulsory.. You'll be dismiss from the band for the Walk in the morning HOWEVER, after the Walk, all of you are still required to report back to band. Of cos, bring all the stuffs(attire etc) needed for the Walk to the camp. Anyone with unclear doubts, pls approach either mi or hengky. ; SzeJie |
